Description

The ruby colour gives way to an expressive nose of red and black fruits such as blackberries, strawberries and liquorice. The attack in the mouth reveals the strong typicity of the grape variety marked by fruit and supple, well-melted tannins without bitterness.

This Pinot Noir is made by maceration for 10 to 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. It is bottled after year maturing in caks.

To be served chilled, at 12 degrees.

Ageing potential: 7 to 10 years or more.

Food and Wine pairing

This Pinot Noir Tradition goes perfectly with grilled and smoked red meats, offal, game and especially smoked charcuterie. It will also suit strong cheeses such as Camembert au lait cru or Brillat-Savarin.  It is well suited to accompany country buffets.
