Description
On the nose, Vendange Tardive Pinot Gris reveals candied, sweet, honey and yellow fruit (mirabelle plum) aromas. The attack on the palate is soft with notes of honey and candied fruit, its intense finish is very fruity.
To be drunk chilled but not excessively, preferably refreshed in an ice bucket.
Ageing potential: 10 years or more.
Food and Wine pairing
This Pinot Gris is the perfect accompaniment to your festive aperitifs, but also to dishes such as apricot/ foie gras and roasted apricot brochettes, or a mango/ foie gras tatin. It will also go well with your fruit desserts. You can also enjoy it on its own.
