Riesling traduction, results from a careful management and control of the yields of the vine.
This cuvée, from a typical grape variety of our region, is full of character. Racy and elegant, the harmony of its fine acidity all in purity, make it a great Alsace wine.
To be drunk chilled but not excessively, preferably refreshed in an ice bucket.
Ageing potential: 5 to 7 years.

Our Riesling Tradition will go perfectly with fine and elaborate charcuterie, terrines, fish, seafood, shellfish and white meats. It is also suitable for emblematic Alsatian dishes such as sauekraut or baeckaoffa.
