Description

This wine is a mystery. It is the fruit of a beautiful diurnal adventure, lived by agroup of grape pickers at dawn, aquipped with headlamps and stiffened by a temperature of minus -9 degrees. On january 6, 2017, the harvested grapes, frozen to perfection, gave birth to this divine nectar one year later.

On the nose, its fragance of very ripe druit (mirabelle plum, peach, apricot) highlights notes of honey. Its mouth is round, rich and voluptuous with a hint of fine acidity that gives it a nice lenght.

To be drunk chilled refreshed in an ice bucket.

Ageing potential: 10 years or more.
