Description
Edelwicker is the traditionnal Alsatian blend wine. It is a pleasant thirst-quenching wine, very fresh. On the nose, Edelwicker gives off aromas of white flowers and white fruit (pear, peach). On the palate, it is marked by the fruit, round and supple, and very easy to drink.
To be drunk chilled but not excessively, preferably cooled in an ice bucket.
To be drunk young.
Packaged in litres, order only in multiples of 12.
Food and Wine pairing
This blended wine will never cease to surprise you with its many combinations. It can be the everyday wine par excellence (salads, cold meats), as well as for making your marinades, but it can also be drunk as an aperitif (pure or in a kir). It is often served in Alsatian Winstibs.
