Description

NEW

Once the grapes are destemmed, they are put in vats for about ten days for a maceration between the juice and the grapes. Fermentation follows in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts without any input or sulfites.

Mon Amour offers a discreet nose with hints of almond milk. The aromas of rhubarb, strawberry and a hint of mint offer a velvety mouthfeel that finishes on structuring bitters, with a nice maturity.

Serve at room temperature, between 14° and 16°.

To be drunk young, within 2 years.

Food and Wine pairing

Will perfectly accompany your fish cooked with pepper or primer, but also the seafood platters.

Possible as an aperitif, and for the "aperitif-meal".
