Description

NEW

Once the grapes are destemmed, they are put in stainless steel tanks for about ten days for a maceration between the juice and the grapes. Fermentation follows in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, without any input or sulfites. The wines are lightly filtered before bottling.

Ma Douce has a rose-scented nose, with a lingering finish of apricot and mango. In the mouth the attack is a bit soft, but nice acidity on the finish. The mouth is racy but very elegant.

Serve at room temperature. To be drunk young, within 2 years.

3 whole eggs

200g wheat flour

200g of soft butter

160g of brown sugar in powder

100g candied fruit mixture

20g orange peel

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 sachet of vanilla sugar
